Regional Tournament

Well...another volleyball season has come and gone! This weekend we had our regional tournament at Johnson and we lost in the semi-finals. We beat Cincianatti Friday morning but then got beat by Kentucky that night. It was such a good game...we played four...and we played really well but we just couldn't make it happen. So then we played Ohio this morning and the same thing. We played four games...and we played really well but we couldn't make it happen. That pretty much sums up our season...we play well but we can't make it happen. Oh well...there's always next season, right? Courtney got 2nd team all tournament and Brittany got 1st...so that was nice. They deserved it. They're going to be missed soooo much next year. They were great leaders and good players. Kentucky ended up winning the whole thing which we were happy about...because we DID NOT want Ohio to win. Urgh! Can't stand them! Not having a very Christ-like attitude about it...am I? After we got done we went to Outback and ate...it was sooo good. I got this chicken and shrimp pasta fettuccini thing and it was really good. The Kentucky team ended up going there too and they sat down next to us. We had fun with them...they're all really nice girls. Their coach's name is Bruce and he's the HUGE bald guy. He's really funny. He has the biggest shoulders...he looks like he has football pads on all the time! haha! It was a good end to a not so good day.

Now I can actually start concentrating on my schoolwork...and boy do I need to do that! I got my first d-f slip this semester...I was so disappointed. But...no more slacking off! I'm gonna be super nerd!
